Shipping

OMILOU offers FREE SHIPPING in Denmark to parcel shops. Delivery time is typically 1–3 business days from the day we ship the item. If you prefer direct delivery to your door, we also offer this option for 50 DKK.

Shipping to Europe is available for 75 DKK per shipment. International shipments may take up to 14 business days, depending on the destination, from the day we ship the item. Feel free to contact us for more information. Please note that shipments to Norway and the UK are subject to customs duties upon delivery. This may also apply to other countries outside the EU.

Delays and Full Parcel Shops
During sales, delivery times may be extended. High demand periods for carriers, such as Christmas or Black Friday, can also cause delays. If your chosen parcel shop is full, the carrier may redirect your package to the nearest available parcel shop. OMILOU cannot be held responsible for such redirections.

Address Errors
Delivery is considered completed when the item has been attempted to be delivered to the address you provided. It is your responsibility to provide the correct address and accurate information when placing an order. OMILOU cannot be held liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

Risk is transferred to you as the consumer at the time of delivery.

Returns
You may return your jewelry within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that during stock/sale events, the return period is limited to 14 days. The jewelry must be in the same condition as when received, with the jewelry label attached and packed in the provided jewelry box(es). Remember to include the invoice/delivery note. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Refunds will be processed back to the same card used for the original order.
