The following terms apply to deliveries from OMILOU unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between you and OMILOU.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
OMILOU offers FREE SHIPPING to parcel shops within Denmark. Delivery time is typically 1–3 business days from the date of dispatch. If you prefer home delivery, this option is available for DKK 50.
Europe:
Shipping to Europe is offeret for EUR 10. Dilevery can take up to 14 business days, depending on the destination, from the date of dispatch. Please contact us for further details. Note that shipments to Norway, the UK, and other non-EU countries may be subject to customs duties upon delivery.
Delays and full parcel shops:
During sales periods, delays may occur. High demand, such as during holiday seasons or Black Friday, may also cause delivery delays. If your chosen parcel locker is full, the carrier may redirect your package to the nearest available location. OMILOU cannot be held responsible for such changes.
Address errors:
Delivery is considered complete when the item has been attempted to be delivered to the address you provided. It is your responsibility to provide the correct address and information when placing your order. OMILOU is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
The risk passes to you as the consumer at the time of delivery.
PAYMENT
Once we receive your order/payment, the item will be dispatched. If the item is delayed, you will be notified by email or phone. Purchases are made online, and payment methods include Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Eurocard, and Maestro.
INVOICE
An invoice will be included with the item and serves as your receipt and warranty proof.
DISCOUNTS
Discount codes do not apply to sale/discounted items. Discounts offered during warehouse sales or clearance events are not retroactively valid.

If gifts are included with your purchase as part of a campaign, they must be returned if you decide to return your order. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
REFUNDS
If you paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same card within a few days. Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different item, such as another size, color, or design, return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
DAMAGES OR ISSUES DURING DELIVERY
If you receive a damaged package or jewelry, take photos of the package and the damaged item. Email these photos, along with a description of the issue, to omilou@omilou.com.
Shipping carriers may request physical evidence of damage for up to two months, even after the case has been resolved with us. Please retain the damaged packaging until the matter is fully resolved.
COMPLAINTS
Faults and defects must be reported within a reasonable time. Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (§ 83, section 1), the right to file a complaint expires two years after receiving the item unless otherwise agreed.
For defective jewelry, contact omilou@omilou.com as soon as possible. Include clear photos of the defect, a description of the issue, and your order number. In some cases, the item may need to be returned for inspection. You will not incur shipping costs in such cases.
WARRANTY GUIDELINES
OMILOU offers a 2-year warranty on all jewelry, distinguishing between production flaws, normal wear and tear and natural skin acidity. Jewelry with production flaws will be replaced. Contact us if you are unsure whether your issue qualifies.
Wear and tear: Normal use over time is not covered. For example, fading of gold plating or rhodium coatings is expected and not eligible for replacement.
Improper use: Damage caused by misuse, such as exposure to moisture, creams, or cleaning agents, is not covered. Proper storage in jewelry boxes or pouches is recommended.
Natural skin acidity: Discoloration caused by skin acidity, such as blackened earring posts, is not considered a defect. This discoloration can be cleaned with a dry cloth or jewelry cleaner. For detailed care instructions, see our jewelry care guide.
